I'm not sure how big of a deal that would be. The AHL currently has two teams named the Admirals (Norfolk and Milwaukee) and they have co-existed for 14 years.
I get where you are coming from, but I don't know if it's a big deal in the lower leagues (especially ECHL) like it would be at the NHL level and marketing issues and all that.
