I do. The first time I heard of him I was in first year university when he defended someone who had killed the boyfriend of a friend of mine. So yeah, I happen to have seen it from that side, and I still consider the man a friend. In fact, he was the person who inspired me to become a lawyer in the first place. So, sympathy for your acquaintance, but I am most definitely not taking back my earlier words to you.
