AI can be pretty dumb, got stuck once where I thought the game was bugged but finally found a little tank that was trying to drive up a hill but got stuck on a wall.

Exact same thing happened to me. I wandered around the entire area wondering why our tank wouldn't move, then a tiny tank standing vertiaclly on a wall shot at me
I'm hopefully going to start the second part of the campaign tonight, looks like its a pilot. I haven't been able to fly in a battlefield game successfully before so hopefully it teaches me something
