If this were a regular station, it would be a no brainer. But the depth/cost really does make it tricky.

It's not every going to be a TOD though. It's to close to downtown, TOD's are farther from the core, like Westbrook and Brentwood. I just don't see the density requiring this for at least 50 years. It made sense when they were talking about surface LRT to have a stop here, now it doesn't.
