3. San Jose (42-24-7) 40 ROW, 91 pts--first in the Pacific Division

4. Anaheim (39-23-11) 36 ROW, 89 pts--second in the Pacific Division
5. Edmonton (40-25-9) 36 ROW, 89 pts--third in the Pacific Division
