Fill out the 5 or 6 simple questions with your address and it will send you a detailed report.
- Recent sales around you w/ sale price
- Active listings arond you
- % of asking to sale price
- Schools information
- Community Information
- Days On Market (active and sold)
- Listings In Your Community
The report also allows you to receive updates as frequent as you want.
If it does not take your postal code please google your address and use the postal code google claims to be yours (even if it isn't)
