Wasn't the plan that his kids would take care of things? At some point (likely already happened) he'll get his kids security clearances of some sort. So in the end he might as well still be in control.
People better be watching the business dealings very closely and how they tie into his decisions and negotiations.
It is on my list as the #1 reason he'll be impeached.
