I use the MBNA World Points World card.
It is 2% cash back on everything with an $89 annual fee.
It also has all the standard perks like warranty extension, rental insurance waiver as well as things like loss prevention. If you buy something and it is stolen within a certain time MBNA will reimburse you. My brother had a new bike stolen and MBNA cut him a cheque.
It is a hard card to get though and I think you have to be an existing member to get it as it is offered to you and not advertised. If you are with MBNA already though and a good customer it is probably worth talking to customer service about switching.
