I had the same reservations as you; however, will get used to it.

I put my machine on my side table, and for the most part I sleep facing that way. I do roll over and you just deal with the tube. Chances are when you are really restless you pull off the mask.

As for intimacy, TCB, snuggle, then roll over and put on mask.......
