Nose strips reduce my snoring - my wife gives me crap if I forget to put one on.
I went for a test anyway and have apnea. Now I need to choose between CPAP and a dental device. I know CPAP is pretty much a guaranteed solution but I'm having trouble imagining how I can wear it without the hose getting in the way as I toss and turn, let alone the affect on intimacy, so I'm leaning towards the dental device.
