Well that's the thing, what gains can really be had these days by overclocking? I remember doing that years ago when it meant a pretty big bump to framerate in games, but these days with a modern processor you'll be GPU bound almost 100% of the time. And if a standard CPU fan died you'd notice right away and it's an easy fix, you're not left guessing like Meel
