Just a warning for those considering this, it sounds like the 200mb you get off wifi includes 600 mins talking, texts, etc.

You don't get 200MB data and 600 mins talking and 20000 texts. From that link, it is stated as you get 200MB data to make calls/texts/etc. For example, if you spend 600 mins talking on their non-wifi network, you will have used up your 200MB, and won't be able to make any more non-wifi calls/texts/data unless you add another $19 to your account.
Basically it is a 200MB data plan for $19 based on what I am comprehending on their website.
If you are considering it, I would call to confirm.
