$19/month for unlimited talk and text through Wifi if you use what I presume is an app that you download. If you don't have Wifi you have 200MB of data, 600 min, and 20,000 text messages per month. Costs $19 to top up every month. If you don't use up your total 200MB, your data is carried over into the next month, and it never expires.

Works with any unlocked Android or iPhone.
