Do you mind sharing how you resolved this? Looks like I have the same problem. I heard some chirping from my main floor bathroom fan this afternoon. Went outside and threw a rock at the vent and a bird (looks like a sparrow) flew out. The height of the vent is probably 15 feet or so from grade.
