Just got PSV2. Got it to upgrade my GT7 Racing rig set up. It absolutely lives up to the hype. I had a proper wheel setup before, but with VR I can easily cut off an extra few seconds on lap times compared to a flat TV setup. Being able to look into your corners, gauge your speed better as you come into a breaking zone, watch your opponent while trying to keep your line in a corner, all impractical with just a TV screen. I do wish you could customize the HUD a bit more in VR, some cars the speedometer is just to damn small to read when in VR.
Online VR racing is the best online multiplayer gaming experience I've had in my life, hands down.
Even with this being my first foray into VR there was next to no motion sickness. I did notice my stomach 'lift' when coming over a big hill at speed, but that subsided the more laps I put in.
