Use a re-shipper, but understand that some places will actively not ship to known re-shippers, as they have legal obligations to not ship a certain product out of the US (like Crypto products, or if there are distributor conflicts). I had Best Buy refuse to use a reshipper for a 8TB HDD I didn't want to wait 3 weeks to get, so I had to ship it to another service.
I use a service called Kinek (
https://www.kinek.com/) that ships to Babb Montana and then a family member who lives nearby picks it up and brings it up next time they come.
It is $4 a package I think for this service.
