Latest video: "Low Rate Handcuffs"

I'm sure by now most of you have discovered this wonderful tool called Google. And if you're looking for a mortgage, you may have used said Google tool to see what kind of rates are out there!

I do have access to those low rates, but I make sure to fully disclose any and all restrictions that come with them. I'm a huge believer in flexibility when it comes to real estate, for life happens. While these rates can work for some, I'm finding 9 times out of 10, my clients are going with a slightly higher rate because of the added flexibility.
