Yeah, it an award system for each round, say Arkansas makes to Sweet 16 and loses; person with Arkansas will get 3 total points (winning 64 = 1, and 32 round = 2).
Not really, you can still only get 8 points out of the first round.
Anyways, imo there should be a different way of determining the winner.

My post wasn't very clear. I meant our system of drafting teams only really works for a points by round scoring system like you posted.
