I like Carolina's offensive and NYJ or Seattle for defense. For whatever reason I enjoy having QB power runs to mix in.
Generally I usually prefer the 4-3 defense but NYJ has a few decent packages in their defense - although most defense play books are pretty much the same other than 4-3 or 3-4...
