- 2 x White Bread
- Butter (room temperature) or Margarine spread evenly on the bread, even covering crusts
- 1-2 squares of real aged cheddar or 1-2 slice of processed cheese
- Put into pan on medium, press down gently with spatula to flatten slightly and to increase contact with heat. Flip. Repeat until browned/crispy
- Cut diagonally
- Simultaneously heat up 1 can of tomato soup and serve together. Optionally add a dollap of sour cream and chives to the tomato soup or make two sandwiches
