As far as I know, it's the only modem being supplied to Optik TV customers at the moment - no more D-Links, etc.

Mine is 320 GB which I think is what comes standard. The other non-PVR boxes are CIS330s. My modem is plugged directly into the PVR via coaxial cable but I'm told ethernet cable is preferred.
