You don't have to be able to stand on your head, but if you don't skate out to the blue line on a whim, grab the puck outside the trapezoid, shoot the puck over the glass any chance you get and can reliably stop a shot coming from the other team's goal line, you're pretty much better than 95% of the random goalies I've played with so far.
