We just got back from spending a week in Whitehorse. The Yukon is an amazing place! We did a few day hikes out of the Carcross area (Caribou and Nares mountains).

If you're looking to kill sometime around Whitehorse make sure you get to Miles Canyon. There's a short hiking trail there too. The SS Klondike was kind of neat to check out. The Berginia interpretive centre was on my list but regrettably I didn't get there.

Bocelli's serves up good pizza if you're hungry. If you just want a cafe then check out Baked Cafe.
