This is how a 700 employee oil & gas company does it lol. I mentioned this as well but nobody cared. It's also pretty lame in how they implemented it. They chose "M" for "main line" (reception). Everybody thinks M is for mobile and calls reception when they are trying to reach someone by cell phone.
