Another alternative would be if the flames charged a $50 arena ticket tax on high demand concerts. Still cheaper than going to see artist play elsewhere (like flights + hotel in Vancouver). And assuming 5 good concerts per year would raise ~100m over life of arena

Maybe shoot for rofr for all non flames events. Doesn't that sound even better?
