You could try reinstalling your network card drivers, reboot your router, disabling antivirus, make sure your HOSTS file doesn't have anything weird in it... Oh, and flush your browser cache. See if it works in incognito mode, that will be a good indication if it is related to stored data, like a corrupt profile.
