So my toddler decided to take a toy to my MBA screen, leaving me with a good sized crack.

Does anyone here have experience with replacing these screens on the cheap? I have seen online some people getting $900 quotes from Apple. For a $1100 computer with a used value of probably less than that, forget it.

Any alternatives?
