I don't think Treliving is overly concerned about finding a top winger. From the sounds of it signing Mike Stone or another number 5 D is the next priority.
Here is the current lineup for next year.
Gaudreau-Monahan-Ferland(RFA)
Tkachuk-Backlund-Frolik
Lazar(RFA)-Bennett(RFA)-Brouwer
Bouma-Stajan-Chiasson(RFA)
With Versteeg(UFA), Jankowski, Hathaway, and any other prospect in the mix.
I think the Flames try and find room for Jankowski and it wouldn't shock me to see them shop Stajan for a late round pick. They could open up a couple more spots by burying Bouma and walking away from Chiasson. That way they could keep Versteeg and potentially get another top line winger (Marleau would be a great fit)
