-Cut out all Soda and Pop unless its Diet or Pepsi Max/Coke Zero
-Cut out as many simple carbs/sugars as possible (ditch white bread for whole wheat)
-Be mindful of foods that are high on the glycemic index such as bananas and baked potatoes and have oranges and veggies instead
-Determine what your RMR/BMR
is using this, then, eat less calories than that
If you do those 4 things I promise you it will work.
