Check out The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. His philosophy is kinda "get the best results with the least possible amount of time" type thing. Slow-carb diet and some specific exercises. Worked extremely well for me. Though, I work mostly from home, so regulating my diet was a cinch.
