This team is mike Keenan bad defensively. I don't even think it's the coaching this time around. Mike Keenan had Iginla in his prime cammy breaking out glencross breaking out he had the stars align offensively that season to compensate for the horrific defensive play.
This time around those same guys look gassed. It seems they don't care about the defensive side at all. Not 1 forward cares to put in the effort required to win a game 2-1, or hold a 3-0 lead.
Hartley clearly looks agitated he tried being the nice guy, but as many coaches have found out this is one of the most frustrating teams to coach in the NHL and they just aren't good enough anymore either.
