Like I said it's composed of many many many different choices that have a cumulative effect. Carbon intensive products are going to become more expensive thereby providing an incentive to purchase (and by extension produce) less carbon intensive products. Only those produced in Alberta. We will still be able to buy the same crap from anywhere else, probably at a cheaper price because they weren't forced to pay a tax. It's basically punishment for creating jobs in Alberta.
