1 x cup of frozen raspberries.
1 x 250ml of non-fat strawberry or raspberry yogurt.
1 x 250ml skim or chocolate milk (depends on mood).
This is one of my all-time favorite snacks. The chocolate version may not agree with everyone, but it's really worth a try!
~400 calories, good protein content, good vitamin content, and nothing overly worrisome. I will also add a banana from time to time (+100 calories) as a variation. I could lie and say it's for potassium, but the truth is I just like the taste.
