Not too sure how many anglers are on here, but just a heads up. Seeing as I don't drive and love to fish, taking a bus out to the Glenmore Reservoir or fishing the Bow River are pretty much my only options. Can't keep anything from the Bow this season, but the Reservoir limits are still the same as always.
Fun fact: you can actually rent a canoe for the day from the Calgary canoe club for $35, right at the docks on the north side. I'd wait till warmer weather for that. Really fun though.
