It's an older anime, but we've recently gotten into watching Hajime No Ippo. We're about 50 episodes in so far. It's funny because all the boxing moves seem so whacky. But then you look it up on Google after, and most of the moves they use actually do exist haha. I'm still waiting for Ippo to learn the Demsey Roll I keep hearing so much about.
