As has been said Poile is a shrewd GM. I don't think he's going to let go of Rinne for pennies on the dollar. The cost would likely be a high draft pick or top prospect. I'm not sure if it would be worth it for the Flames given they are missing their 2nd and 3rd round picks this draft already but if they want a player from Abbotsford not named Andersson and a later round draft pick from the 2018 draft then I got no problem with that.
