Very much agreed on the hoofing it to Carroll. How many times were Liverpool playing fine with trouble finishing, only to have Carroll come on, and simultaneously have the entire team to switch to automatic "hoof it to Carroll mode"?....Ok, not THAT often, but that was more a function of how often Carroll got subbed on.
