I am using Xplorenet and love it, no bandwidth cap ( I think there is a 40 or 50 gig monthly cap, same as cable/telco would have). If you have access to cable/DSL, take that instead of course. However this is a very close thrid to those 2 options.

If not, then this the best choice I have found between Xplorenet, dialup, and another wireless ISP in Calgary area. Problem is, being in Southern Ontario, you might have a bad local provider or bad LOS to tower, or some other X factor. It really depends on so many factors specific to your exact location that no one can say for sure untill they put the dish on your roof and you test it out.

Xplornet offers a 30 day install fee refund if you want to cancel service. One thing to realize is Xplorenet is a larger company that is buying up smaller wireless ISP's to expand the customer base, so if your local branch sucks, so will your service.
