The place along the C-Train tracks was called Southern Fun, and yes, it' had been there for years, but only closed within the last year or so. The guy who changed your bills into quarters name is Salem, an old East-Indian guy, who looks pretty gruff, but is one of the nicest fellas once you get to know him. He was, however, not the owner.

He managed that place for probably close to 20 years, and I often wondered how that place made any money, and he told me that it actually made money due to all the people wandering in and playing games while waiting for the C-Train, and that was enough to keep the place going. What eventually did it in, however, is when they moved the C-Train station down a block, and that is when business dried up and they couldn't survive any longer.
