This heat though sucks, I barely see anybody out and I have taken some time off because I seem to have no endurance in 28+ weather. I eat, drink a lot of water before heading out, and I still hit a wall.

Stretch out, and roll with a lacrosse ball.
Heat sucks, but makes for good race day training. Otherwise, early morning runs FTW. Drink lots of electrolytes, not just water.
