At the end of the day at least your GM is a wizard at managing the cap. It is not like Boston moved out Seguin and Peverly because of a cap crunch, or forced to move Hamilton because of offer sheet threats.

Yes, that makes much more sense then the narrative I was referring to: "the good thing about Drai doing well this year (or Maroon/McD/Kass etc.) is he's gonna get a raise.. stupid Oilers"
