Not sure if this deserves it's own thread yet, but last night was the premiere of Maya and Marty, which is pretty much a shortened version of SNL, except Maya Rudolph and Martin Short are generally the main casts in the sketches, with random pop-ins from guest stars, as opposed to SNL's formula of having a guest host perform in all the sketches. Seems to be getting mixed reviews, but I personally thought most of the sketches were hilarious, with Jiminy Glick's interview of Larry David being the best of the night:

Despite the mediocre critical reviews, I used to love watching Primetime Glick back in the day, and was sad when it was cancelled after three seasons. Needless to say, I'm glad to see Jiminy back hosting absurd celebrity interviews!
