Well injured players can't be bought out without consent.
The whole situation is confusing.
Despres hasn't played for a very long time and didn't seem close to returning in the playoffs.
If he is genuinely healthy, then he can be bought out.
But if he is still suffering from concussion issues, he would need to consent.
