I did this detox last year. I can't say that I found it too effective, nor too thrilling to actually do, but I guess it would depend on what you want to accomplish. I didn't find the pills and drops too hard to stick to, but some of the dietary requirements were hard for me.
In all, its only 10 days, so how bad could it be I suppose?
