Try the Truffled Pigs Bistro and Lodge in Field. 30K west of Louise so even though you have to drive a bit your not driving with the crowds from calgary/banff. $110/night for two queen beds. The Bistro is one of the better restaurants I've been to, awesome food, great menu and really chilled out. May be a little pricey if your bringing the kid/s(worth it in my opinion) but for a weekend out with the wife, its pretty perfect.
