Top 5 neighborhoods will be different for each person based on budget, family size, location, etc.
I always get a good laugh of any list naming the top areas as they tend to also be some of the most expensive areas.
They put Abbeydale on the list as 5th best community.... because it had solid growth in price year over year. This doesnt make my top 5 if I am looking for a bargain or want a non rental area or would like to have some amenities in the area. It is all very subjective.
