For me fishing is the perfect escape, nothing else really matters when your presenting a fly juuuust in front of that rock in the fast water, the first day of a new hatch, or watching a pig rise to your fly and turning his nose... "What's he eating?"
One of those few activities where you can live completely in the moment and have a clear mind.
