I had a receiver from Memory Express a few years ago so that I could plug it into the aux port of my car and have my phone transmit to the car stereo over Bluetooth. It died last week so I just bought the MPOW yesterday. Will be here on Monday. These are receivers only though. I intend to get a powered one later to hook up to a stereo system permanently. The MPOW that Hani posted has the RX/TX switch.

Also, I can't believe that's a Kickstarter. There were $10 versions of that thing like 5+ years ago already all over the place.
