Sadly, I agree. They obviously put a lot of effort into Outbreak but I would have much preferred more multiplayer maps.
Not to mention, the entire concept was pretty stupid for a Tom Clancy game. If they had gone along the lines of a coop campaign that was more grounded in reality and had a similar tone as Article 5 from the Situations I actually would have liked that.
