Not questions directly related to the topic but two I'm sure you can answer. I recently had delivered one of those realtor brochures listing houses in my area that are recently sold or listed. Why does it only give asking prices for houses that have been listed and no prices are given for those that have been sold? Is it for confidentiality?
Also, one house near me is listed with six bedrooms. I thought that you only list the number of bedrooms on the main floors and not in a basement development and I didn't think there were any houses in my area that are that large. How can it have six bedrooms?
